ODESSA PORT ANNOUNCED AN ICE CAMPAIGN

According to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine Decree #392 dd 31 October, 1995 in accordance with the established order from the 1st to 15th of February 2009 an Ice Capaign is declared at the Odessa port.
